Aside from providing great service, Derek faced a huge obstacle on day of closing. The water supply line feeding the home broke and was reported by the buyers during final walk through. I was able to get contractors organized while Derek handled the delicate and critical buyer/seller communications. We were able to close 27 hours after the break was discovered. Amazing accomplishment.
